Commissioning Agent Overview:

We are seeking a Commissioning Agent with 5+ years of mechanical equipment commissioning experience. The ideal candidate is personable, high-energy, and brings ownership, leadership, and commitment to every project.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience commissioning mechanical equipment Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping systems, building products, construction methods, and relevant codes/standards Technical proficiency in mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry operations Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; familiarity with

Revit and AutoCAD Responsibilities:

Quality control of designs, energy models, and specifications Coordinate with architects, owners, consultants, and other stakeholders Prepare commissioning (Cx) specifications, checklists, and documents On-site start-up, balancing observation, and functional checks of HVAC, Plumbing, BAS Perform thermal imaging and analyze data Review construction & start-up checklists and TAB reports Generate punch lists, Cx reports, and documentation Review construction budgets and change orders Travel nationally for pre-design site visits, design meetings, and construction observations
