Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity supporting facility operations across Louisville and the surrounding area. Our team is seeking a skilled professional who can help keep critical building systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior repairs, and related grounds. Complete assigned facility inspections, document as-found conditions, and support client occupancy and operations. Use CMMS systems for work performed, update work order status in real time, submit P-card receipts daily, and support on-call work as needed.

Required:

Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of overall system design and applications, plus experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration. High school diploma or GED; valid state driver's license; availability for call-in work; and the ability to use CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
