As a TPM Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing equipment reliability and efficiency through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Principles. You'll collaborate with plant leaders, coach teams, and lead shop-floor improvements while analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities. This position offers the perfect blend of hands-on shop floor activities, advanced data analytics, and strategic problem-solving. Position Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Engineer Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities Develop TPM Capabilities (70%) Partner with plant leadership to assess team capabilities and improve TPM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Mentor teams on implementing TPM methodologies to enhance equipment and process reliability. Deliver training on TPM tools like Visual Management, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance. Create actionable reports to track equipment performance and highlight improvement opportunities. Lead Shop-Floor Improvement Initiatives (10%) Conduct "learn-by-doing" sessions (Jishuken) to address critical equipment performance issues. Drive the adoption of standardized work processes and innovative problem-solving practices. Share best practices and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement. Leverage Data Analytics & AI for Innovation (15%) Utilize advanced tools like EAM and Brilliant Factory data to uncover insights and improve equipment performance. Analyze downtime trends to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
