The candidate should be able to work under limited supervision, perform a variety of routine and skilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An understanding of how commercial buildings operate and typical equipment arrangements and uses.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• HVAC or Electrical License preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in associated field.
• Able to work independently upon hire.
• Maintenance
• Drywall repair, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC and minor carpentry.
• Prior experience with preventative maintenance
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Safely operates power tools and site mobile equipment
• aerial lift, drills, table saws, etc.
• Detailed understanding of hand tools
• wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.
• Training for job duties provided by company as required High school diploma or GED required
• Clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of direction.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Sound judgement and a high level of work ethic
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes and training that pertain to specific job duties
• Performs all work in accordance with company safety procedures
• Must be able to work any/all shifts as needed.
• Must be available for on-call response as needed.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• We encourage diverse candidates to apply $30/hr.
• $35/hr. Although the hourly rate is between $30.00 and $35.00per hour, additional compensation will be discussed if experience is superior and the anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $62,400
• $72.

800 inclusive of required overtime

Working Conditions:

Work performed both inside and outside. sometimes during inclement weather.
