Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Maintain, modify, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, calibrate, validate, certify, test and operate domestic and industrial year-round air conditioning and heating units. Remove and replace compressors, condensing units, water pumps, fans and other system components. Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations): Minimum 3 years' experience performing the following: Maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, calibrating, validating, certifying, testing, and operating domestic and industrial year-round air conditioning and heating units. Removing and replacing system components Responding and performing required tasks related to emergency, scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance orders.
