Building Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities

• Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
  Qualifications
  
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
  
• Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory
  
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
  
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
  
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
  Compensation
  $23 - $25 hourly
