Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization , is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production, Maintenance, and Skilled Trades Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , effective communication , and team collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 60/hour (based on experience) What's the Job?
Provide plant floor support for reactive and proactive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime Respond to emergency equipment failures and support production troubleshooting efforts Manage equipment documentation, spare parts, and maintenance plans using CMMS Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing maintenance KPIs Support equipment upgrades, new line launches, and cross-functional engineering efforts What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or operations engineering Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance practices Experience with CMMS systems, KPIs, and maintenance planning Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and troubleshoot complex equipment What's in it for me?
