Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer to support the reliability of critical systems within a large manufacturing operation. Responsibilities Identify and resolve recurring facility and utility-system issues that could affect production. Coordinate maintenance employees, contractors, and vendors on repairs and capital-improvement projects. Track asset performance and help determine when equipment should be repaired, redesigned, or replaced. Requirements Industrial facilities, maintenance, reliability, or plant-engineering experience. Strong technical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing multiple projects, analyzing data, and working with outside vendors. This is a direct-hire, onsite opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule, occasional on-call support, and long-term potential to grow into broader engineering and maintenance leadership.
