Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across a commercial real estate portfolio. You'll perform scheduled and reactive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and controls issues, optimize system performance, and support energy-efficiency and sustainability goals. Role includes travel between client sites, vendor coordination, documentation, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and proactive communication with clients and JLL teams. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple sites Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls issues in HVAC/R systems Monitor, adjust, and optimize system performance to support comfort and energy-efficiency goals Respond to service calls, prioritize work orders, and document activities in CMMS or work order systems Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including proper refrigerant handling Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and parts procurement Inspect equipment and facilities, identifying risks and recommending improvements or upgrades Collaborate with JLL property, facility, and engineering teams to support client expectations Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and asset conditions Travel between client locations as required, representing JLL with professionalism and client focus Required Skills HVAC/R troubleshooting Commercial HVAC systems Refrigeration systems Preventive maintenance Mechanical and electrical diagnostics Building automation systems (BAS) EPA 608 certification knowledge Energy efficiency optimization Safety and regulatory compliance Technical documentation
