In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our production equipment, facilities, and systems. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability across our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills. Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Conduct field service tasks including installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment such as scissor lifts, welding stations ( welding), and low/high voltage systems. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and upgrades. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning and quick response to equipment failures. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to industrial electrician work, high voltage systems, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration), and other technical areas. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment specifications or upgrades when needed. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and safety protocols. Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in programming logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automated systems. Knowledge of CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and recording activities. Skilled in hydraulics, welding ( welding preferred), HVAC/R systems, and electrical troubleshooting involving low voltage and high voltage circuits. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, multimeters for diagnostics. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with industrial mechanic experience to perform repairs efficiently. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery. Experience working as an industrial electrician or industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external field service providers. Ability to operate lifting equipment such as scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety standards. Military background or experience in field service roles can be advantageous due to discipline and technical training background.
