Job Description
60+ year-old (and growing!) industrial equipment engineering & manufacturing company has an opening for an Engineering Lab Technician. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!
Duties:
Fabricate parts and assemblies from concept drawings and sketches Assemble thermal systems - including mechanical assembly, brazing, and electrical Set up and run product tests using data acquisition systems or standalone test instrumentation Assist in analyzing test data through Microsoft Excel Write comprehensive reports to communicate test set-ups and results Purchase lab equipment, tools, and suppliesRequirements:
Associates Degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical or HVAC / Refrigeration a plus) 3+ years of relevant experience Experience working with thermal systems (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.) preferred Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with data acquisition systems (LabView, etc.) a plus Solidworks experience a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug testSalary:
$33-35/hr.Benefits
