Maintenance Engineer - Becker Campus

Maintenance Engineer Schedule 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities Ensure all HVAC systems are operating safely, properly, and efficiently Maintain boilers, including completing daily and weekly boiler checks Complete maintenance and repair tasks promptly, professionally, and efficiently Paint, patch, and repair walls and surfaces as needed Maintain the exterior of the building, including windows and structural features Perform lawn care, groundskeeping, and other landscaping duties Conduct snow removal for parking lots, entrances, and walkways as required Ensure facilities remain compliant with all applicable regulatory and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, Life Safety Codes) Maintenance Engineer Benefits Generous Paid Time Off Earned Safe & Sick Time Off 401K with Company Match Employee Referral Bonus Tuition Reimbursement & Scholarship Opportunities Maintenance Engineer Qualifications Current Minnesota 2nd Class (C) engineer's license OR special engineer's licenses with continued employment contingent upon obtaining a Minnesota 2nd Class license within 13 months of employment General knowledge of plumbing, surface preparation for concrete, painting, carpentry, woodwork, mechanical repairs, refrigeration, pneumatics and light electrical repairs Must live within a 30-minute response time to the Sauk Rapids Good Shepherd campus Must have a current, valid driver's license with no driving violations within the standard of Good Shepherd's insurability program
