Careers that Change Lives The Enterprise Maintenance Excellence (EMEx) function is part of the Operations Innovation (OI) Group and focuses on optimising the full equipment lifecycle - from development through to decommissioning - through standardised work and engineering excellence. As part of this, EMEx is deploying a global Computerised Asset Management System (CAMS) and standardised Work Management Process to enable consistent maintenance practices, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Work Management Engineer to support global CMMS deployment. This role will act as a senior maintenance process and system Subject Matter Expert (SME), working with sites to understand current maintenance practices, support adoption of the future-state model, and enable sustainable process and system adoption post go-live. At this company, we value what makes you unique. Be part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.
