Job Description Job Description Nature and Scope Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various equipment, including crushers, grinders, kilns, and material handling systems to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime. Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues affecting production. Use problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions to recurring problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage. Contribute to the development of maintenance schedules and procedures. Work closely with senior personnels and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve operational efficiency. Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and progress. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance duties. Participate in safety drills and contribute to fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Support ongoing projects, such as equipment upgrades or installations, by providing technical input and assistance during implementation. Continuous seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance engineering practices and cement production processes. Assist in planning major shutdown work requests with a high degree of specialization, regarding instructions, human resources estimate, materials, special tools, and estimated duration of jobs. And other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Education:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and instrumentation. Familiarity with CAD software or other engineering tools is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively. Strong attention to detail.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
Required Work Experience:
Entry level.
Required Computer and Software Skills:
Tabware, AutoCAD, Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
