Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage plumbing projects from planning through completion. Supervise plumbing technicians, subcontractors, and crews. Ensure compliance with project specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards. Manage labor, materials, equipment, schedules, and costs. Coordinate with clients and resolve project issues. Maintain project reports, records, and as-built drawings. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Plumbing Superintendent on commercial and industrial projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and construction codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of construction safety regulations. Familiarity with project management software. OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred; plumbing licenses or certifications a plus. Valid driver's license.
