Job Description
Our client, a leader in building automation and HVAC engineering solutions , is seeking a Controls Systems Engineering Manager to join their team. As a Controls Systems Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Controls Engineers, Designers, and Project Teams . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and excellent communication skills .

$46.30/hour What's the Job? Lead and manage a team of Controls Systems Engineers and Designers Oversee engineering workload, project planning, and execution Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues Manage project timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation Collaborate with project stakeholders and HVAC teams to ensure successful delivery What's Needed (Must Have) Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) Minimum of 8 years of experience in application engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry Proven experience supervising or managing technical or engineering teams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What's a Plus (Nice to Have) Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience in HVAC, building automation, or control systems Experience with large-scale projects such as data centers or pharmaceutical facilities Knowledge of cost management tools and reporting systems (PowerBI, EPIC, IIS
