• Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM,
• Job Description
• + Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.

+ Manage property grounds, ensuring cleanliness and order by handling tasks such as dog waste and trash removal. + Respond to work orders promptly, respecting residents' spaces and announcing yourself appropriately. + Execute unit turns efficiently when tenants move out, preparing the units for new occupants. + Collaborate with a team consisting of leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and a porter to onboard tenants quickly in a newly opened facility. + Lead by example and support intense training programs for team members. + Experience with property management systems (PMS) and work orders.
