$60k to $100k depending on experience + Profit Sharing Work with the Next Generation of Smart HVAC Technology Bes-Tech is seeking several experienced HVAC Control Technicians or Engineers to assist in deploying and optimizing Bes-Tech's Digi-RTUs, our advanced rooftop unit controller that is revolutionizing how commercial HVAC systems function. As building owners and facility managers increasingly pursue innovative ways to lower energy consumption, operating costs, and carbon emissions, our Digi‑RTU continues to gain significant traction in the global energy‑efficiency market. With this rapid growth, the need for professionals skilled in this technology is expanding just as quickly. This is a unique chance to work on advanced digital HVAC technology while building skills that are becoming more important in the smart building and energy management sectors. A Different Kind of HVAC Job Unlike traditional HVAC service jobs that solely involve rooftop work, this role is centered on supervising and improving field equipment through digital tools and cloud-based systems. Field visits will still occur, including field visits to out-of-town customer sites throughout the United States, but this role is designed to combine hands-on HVAC expertise with modern digital control technology.

You will work with:

Digi-RTU HVAC controllers Digi-SFT configuration software Bes-Tech's Cloud Server Real-time system analytics Fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) Key Responsibilities Supervise Digi-RTU installation, configuration, and commissioning using Digi-SFT Diagnose and troubleshoot rooftop units, sensors, dampers, actuators, and VFDs Travel as needed for in-person installation, training, and troubleshooting Monitor system data and performance trends through Bes-Tech's Cloud platform Optimize RTU control settings to improve efficiency and reliability Interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics Support facility managers and engineers in improving HVAC operations Train building operators on system functionality Supervise subcontractors and installation teams when necessary About the Digi-RTU The Digi-RTU is Bes-Tech's flagship smart rooftop unit controller , designed to dramatically improve energy efficiency, reliability, and comfort. It can be retrofit into any model of existing RTU. Must be able to lift and move 10 lbs., frequently lift and or move up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift and or move more than 40 lbs.
