Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry, across various properties. Respond to and complete work orders promptly, maintaining respect for tenants' homes by announcing your presence. Conduct unit turnovers efficiently when tenants vacate, ensuring readiness for new occupants. Manage and maintain property grounds, including trash removal and cleanliness. Participate in the on-call rotation, addressing urgent maintenance needs as required. Essential Skills Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. Experience with apartment maintenance and property management systems. Strong leadership and technology management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in facilities and property maintenance. Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks effectively. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
