Job Description

BNL Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned photofinishing business that offers high quality products and services to its customers, while striving to be on the forefront of technical innovation and personal service. The Facilities engineer will be responsible for maintenance and minor repair operations for equipment and machines used on our production line on-site in Marlboro NJ, as well as basic maintenance of facility systems like plumbing and HVAC which may include things like filter replacement, drain snaking, or use of hand and some power tools. As we are a printing-focused facility, knowledge of digital press operations, color standardization and workflows, and cutting, folding, and lamination machines are top priority. The facilities engineer will work with production teams and other staff to identify issues and remedy them to minimize production interruptions. Forklift and warehouse experience is also a plus. This position is year-round full-time. Candidates are expected to be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform light physical work such as standing for long periods, reaching, kneeling, etc. The facilities engineer will also share in some warehousing and occasional forklift work, as well as preparing shipments for pickup.
