Role and Responsibilities Deliver hands-on and classroom instruction in HVAC/R systems and theory, mentoring students through real-world skills, safety practices, and industry standards to prepare them for successful careers as certified technicians. Qualifications and Education Requirements We're Looking For someone with Strong HVAC/R field experience. Comfortable teaching both hands-on and theory. Teaching experience a plus (we can train the trainer) Preferred Skills Heat pumps, cooling & ventilation Gas heating systems Refrigeration (commercial & industrial) Compressors, oils & refrigerants Leak detection, evacuation, recovery & charging Soldering, brazing & basic sheet metal ductwork Troubleshooting & preventive maintenance Indoor air quality (IAQ) Classroom /

Theory:
