The Role:

Design and size MEP systems focused on cutting-edge clean energy and heat pump technologies Take technical ownership of projects from concept through to commissioning Work directly with senior leadership and engineers, gaining hands-on knowledge transfer Contribute to innovative, bespoke engineering solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment Play a key role in shaping technical processes and supporting business growth

The Candidate:

Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools Strong understanding of building systems and engineering design Ambitious and motivated to step into a technical lead role within a growing start-up
