The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC engineers will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities Load calculation for residential and commercial projects,(Manuel J and the calculation. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and diagnose problems effectively. Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components of HVAC systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each unit and report any additional issues that may require attention. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Skills Proficiency in HVAC/R principles and practices. Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques related to HVAC equipment. Ability to perform property maintenance tasks as needed. Familiarity with various tools used in the trade including multimeters and ohmmeters. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
