Full-time. We're looking for an experienced Applied Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Ohio territory.What You'll Do:
Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory Provide applied HVAC solutions, including equipment selection, system design support, and technical expertise Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, developers, and other key accounts Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-performance solutions Support project lifecycle from specification through executionWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC applied sales, systems design, or related field Strong knowledge of HVAC systems Proven ability to build relationships and close business Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-drivenWhat We Offer:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have at least 5 years of experience in commercial or applied HVAC sales, applications, systems design, or a closely related technical HVAC role? How many years of experience do you have selling commercial HVAC equipment or solutions to consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, developers, or building owners? How many years of experience do you have with technical HVAC applications such as equipment selection, system design support, specifications, hydronics, heat pumps, VRF, fan coils, or similar applied HVAC systems? Are you currently based in Ohio, or are you able to regularly cover the Cleveland/Ohio territory and travel throughout the state without requiring employment sponsorship? How many years have you personally owned a sales territory or been directly responsible for developing and closing new commercial HVAC business?Work Location:
