Familiarity with industrial maintenance in steel manufacturing, stamping, or punch press operations. Experience reading and working from detailed blueprints and schematics for both mechanical and electrical systems. Exposure to automation systems and integration of control systems into machinery. Comfort working in a high-volume production environment with multiple machines and changing customer orders. Why Work Here? The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports both health and financial well-being, including 75% employer-paid medical coverage with multiple plan options, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance.
