Facilities Engineer at Providence Newberg Medical Center
- Full-Time, Variable Schedule
This is a full-time day position supporting the Portland Service Area

The Facilities Engineer supports the physical environment required for the delivery of health care services, and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of the facility by monitoring, operating, and maintaining building systems and equipment.
They must possess a working knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures required to safely and effectively perform the duties of a stationary engineer and maintenance electrician, while also continuously developing knowledge of new processes, equipment, and technologies used to carry out the work.

Required qualifications:
Coursework/Training:
Stationary engineer apprenticeship.
Or Stationary engineer apprenticeship:
Electrician apprenticeship and equivalent training or work experience.
Upon hire: National Electrician Supervisor License
- State County City Trade License Authority Or
Upon hire: National Electrician Journeyman License - State County City Trade License Authority Or
Upon hire: National Electrician Limited Maintenance License - State County City Trade.
