Benefits 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with up to a 4% company match, Two weeks of paid vacation (accrual begins on day one), Seven paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave annually, Company-paid gym membership, Company take-home vehicle (where applicable) Key Responsibilities Develop new commercial HVAC opportunities with contractors, builders, and business owners Design practical, energy-efficient HVAC solutions for commercial projects Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Perform site evaluations and gather field information Create equipment selections, conceptual layouts, and system designs using industry software Prepare accurate proposals, budgets, and bid packages Work with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure a smooth transition from estimating through project completion Required Qualifications 3+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience 3+ years of commercial HVAC design or project engineering experience Experience preparing competitive commercial bid proposals Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, or similar software Ability to interpret construction drawings and mechanical plans Experience with load calculations, equipment sizing, duct design, and mechanical codes Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Why Grow With Sun Glow?
