Job Description

Company Overview Stone Fortress is a full-service real estate acquisition and renovation company based in Milton, PA. We purchase distressed and underperforming properties — from single-family homes and duplexes to apartment buildings, commercial properties, trailer parks, and campgrounds — and execute comprehensive renovations, often rebuilding down to the studs. Once a property is transformed, we either sell it or add it to our growing rental portfolio, which now spans 650+ residential and commercial units. We move fast, build right, and manage long-term — and we're looking for skilled people who take the same pride in their work that we take in every property we touch. Overview This is a working field leadership position — not a desk job. You'll be on-site every day, leading and executing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work across commercial and industrial projects.
