About the
Role:
As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems, to ensure safe and reliable facility operations. Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, responding to service requests and emergency situations while maintaining accurate maintenance records. Manage work orders, tools, materials, and maintenance schedules, using historical data and best practices to maximize equipment performance and lifespan. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, regulations, and company policies, while operating company vehicles safely and professionally. What You'll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Additional Role Details Company Vehicle & Tools Provided
  • The selected candidate will receive a fully equipped company vehicle and all necessary tools. Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Primary Service Area
  • Downtown Philadelphia, PA. Travel
  • Regional up to 30%. Independent Role
  • This is a single-person mobile technician position; the candidate must be comfortable working autonomously and managing responsibilities independently. Skill Requirements
