Our team helps hotels maintain seamless operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Position Overview The Hotel Lead Engineer is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fully operational hotel environment near the Philadelphia Airport. This role performs routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general hotel systems Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize guest disruptions Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities Support preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and longevity Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities Respond to urgent maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hotel or resort maintenance experience required.
