A cleanroom and MEP construction company is seeking four Arizona Qualifying Parties—one for each specialty: Electrical — C-11 Boilers, Steamfitting & Process Piping —

C-4 HVAC

& Refrigeration — C-39 Plumbing — C-37 Apply for your specialty only. Applicants do not need all four qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Support the company's ROC license application. Actively supervise work within your classification. Review project documents and provide technical and code guidance. Conduct necessary jobsite visits, identify deficiencies, and verify corrections. Assist with inspections and licensing compliance.

Requirements:

Meet Arizona ROC QP eligibility requirements for your specialty. Relevant commercial or industrial supervisory experience. Availability to provide adequate ongoing oversight and jobsite visits. Other employment must not conflict with QP responsibilities. Previous Arizona QP experience preferred.

Compensation:

$2,000-$4,000 per month, depending on specialty, experience, and agreed workload. Additional approved field assignments beyond the agreed QP scope: $40-$65 per hour, with overtime paid where required by law. Necessary QP supervision and routine site verification are included in the agreed base duties.
