This position offers a hybrid work schedule , full benefits , 401(k) , overtime pay , and a competitive bonus structure . Responsibilities Work in a fast-paced team environment alongside Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineers. Contribute to project engineering, management, and marketing support. Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop, coordinate, and recommend solutions for project designs. Support the preparation of drawings, specifications, and documentation for HVAC systems on commercial and institutional projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. EIT or PE license a strong plus. Minimum 1+ years of experience in HVAC system design . Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required. Experience working on Commercial or Institutional projects is essential. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
