Job Description

Mechanical DesignerA well-established, family-oriented construction management firm specializing in complex, large-scale building projects is seeking a Mechanical Designer to support project teams. This organization focuses on challenging work across healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial sectors-delivering high-profile, technically demanding builds.

This is a hands-on design role responsible for producing accurate mechanical construction documents using Revit and related tools, working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop HVAC, piping, and mechanical system layouts using Revit and design softwareProduce coordinated construction documents based on engineering directionCollaborate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing teamsSupport BIM coordination, clash detection, and model updatesIncorporate revisions and maintain high-quality design documentation across multiple projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitExperience with commercial, healthcare, industrial, or similar building projectsStrong understanding of HVAC systems and piping designDetail-oriented with strong collaboration skillsWhy Join Join a company known for tackling complex, high-impact projects while investing in its people.
