About the role We are hiring one Senior Plumbing Designer to join our Berlin, MA team. You will design plumbing systems for building projects, working directly with architects and the design team from early design through construction documents. Most work is done remotely from home. You will travel to project sites only occasionally, for field surveys, inspections, and testing during construction. A strong mid-level designer ready to step up is welcome to apply. What you will do

• Design plumbing systems: domestic water, sanitary drainage and venting, storm drainage, and natural gas where applicable
• Produce and coordinate drawings in AutoCAD and Revit with architects and other disciplines
• Perform field surveys of existing conditions and document findings
• Perform site inspections and witness testing of plumbing systems during construction
• Apply the Massachusetts plumbing code (248 CMR) to all designs What you bring
• Experience in plumbing design for building projects (this is a design position, not field installation)
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Field survey experience, or a field/plumbing background with design experience
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites in Massachusetts
• CPD, journeyman/master plumber licence, or EIT/PE a plus (not required) What we offer
