What your future day will look like: Maintain CNC grinding machine reliability Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Analyze root causes of equipment failures Manage CMMS work orders and records Optimize equipment performance and uptime Lead maintenance improvement initiatives Collaborate with production and engineering teams Track maintenance metrics and reporting
