Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manger to oversee all sales activity to ensure maximum profit commensurate with the best interests of Winsupply of Dyersburg, its employees, and its customers. This includes but is not limited to HVAC employee development, setting and achieving sales goals, developing and deploying effecting sales strategies, implementing innovative and creative ways to grow sales, strengthening vendor and vendor rep relationships, and communicating best practices for achieving HVAC goals. The HVAC manager is responsible for ensuring that all business transactions are conducted consistently with the Company's high ethical standards and providing the highest possible quality service to assigned and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate sale and service of HVAC equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure quality control
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Ordering parts, tracking deliveries, communicating with customers, co-workers, and vendors, managing warranty claims, and making sure all applicable paperwork gets filled out correctly in a timely fashion.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Sound judgement, problem solving and decision making
• Experience as an HVAC service technician or HVAC sales
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and diagrams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of website and internet processes This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
