Job Description

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN or Remote This is your chance to be part of an in-house Architecture, Design & Construction team that delivers exceptional properties that delight our guests, reward our partners, and reflect the unique cultures of their geographical locations! As Senior Project Manager All Suites Renovations reporting to the Senior Director All Suites Renovations Architecture & Construction, you will focus on project managing hotel renovations across Hilton's All Suites portfolio. What you'll do during a typical day: Provide end-to-end project management oversight for the All Suites renovation projects required under a Product Improvement Plan (PIP) or Cycled Renovation. Review design documentation including architectural drawings, specifications, construction submittals, and shop drawings. Collaborate with the Design Manager across projects. Perform virtual and periodic in-person site visits to evaluate work in progress, deliver feedback, support formal approvals and milestone completions. Guide, influence, and elevate the design direction of renovation, ensuring outcomes align with brand expectations and enhance the guest experience. Engage in annual team workshops to stay current on training initiatives, process updates, and to foster collaboration and team engagement. How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with internal project teams to support owners and their designers and hotel teams throughout the design and construction phases of a hotel renovation. Position the AD&C group as a trusted partner by building relationships with internal and external partners throughout the renovation cycle. Projects you'll take ownership of: Provide oversight and ensure brand-compliance for a substantial portfolio of operating hotel renovation projects, including both PIP and Cycled Renovations. Take ownership of designated Ownership Group accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all current and future renovations. What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Five (5) years experience managing projects in development
  • including project design, construction and/or renovation Willing to travel up to 10% It would be useful if you have: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or Construction related field Experience with hospitality design, construction or renovation Licenses or Certificates such as Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer (NCIDQ), Project Manager (PMP) Experience with Bluebeam How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.

The pay range for this role is $90,000
  • $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. #LI-REMOTE
