Responsibilities How you'll make an impact in this role Conducts routine inspections, testing, and manufacturer-specified preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures. Fixes or replaces faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment, including clearing obstructed lines and repairing leaking fixtures. Performs daily checks and repairs on specialized equipment like nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, and patient transport gear (wheelchairs). Manages the receipt, distribution, and relocation of facility materials, furniture, equipment, and files between storage and active locations. Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment (PPE) and completes safety checks to ensure full compliance with regulatory codes. Qualifications Must have one or more of the following: Graduate of trade school 2 years' experience Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience #MFMBM
