About the role Bode Nashville is looking for a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Engineer to help keep our property running smoothly. You'll play a key role in maintaining our guest rooms, common areas, and building systems while ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for our guests and team. What you'll do Complete preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the property. Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. Inspect guest rooms and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. Assist with property improvement projects and vendor coordination as needed. Follow all safety standards and company policies. Qualifications Experience in hotel, residential, commercial, or general property maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
