Burks & Associates Nashville, TN Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications Task prioritization Full Job Description We're seeking a Facilities Engineer to support facility systems and operations within a high volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining critical building systems, supporting projects, coordinating preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility. This is a hands on engineering role supporting plant operations, equipment reliability, safety, and facility performance. What You'll Do Coordinate preventative maintenance for facility and utility systems Support repairs involving electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical systems Assist with facility improvement and equipment installation projects Read blueprints and support project planning activities Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and documentation Ensure facility systems are operating safely and efficiently Support contractor management and project commissioning Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvements Promote and maintain safety and quality standards across the facility What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Experience supporting facility systems and automated equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and project coordination skills
