Why Join Us Be part of a large-scale, high-growth manufacturing environment with significant capital investment Own and shape critical mechanical infrastructure across a cutting-edge facility Work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and operations teams High-impact role with visibility across project execution and long-term plant performance Fast-paced, accountable culture with strong ownership and career progression opportunities Job Details Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical utility systems including central utility plants, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, and dehumidification systems Act as the owner's representative with design firms, contractors, and equipment vendors to drive execution Oversee project lifecycle from design through construction, startup, and commissioning Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems to improve reliability, performance, and energy efficiency Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with 7+ years of experience in facilities or industrial environments Strong expertise in mechanical utilities systems (CUP, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, etc.) and full project lifecycle delivery Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution in fast-paced environments
