Job Summary Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems. Provides technical support for the engineering process. Designs, implements, and communicates, an operational plan for completing the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. 2. Ensure that budget forecasts, progress monitoring, cost reporting and corrective action, information systems procedures meet specific projects requirements. 3. Establish and maintain cost control procedures. 4. Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project. 5. Liaise with planning, cost, and estimating engineering functions and accounting/administrative functions on cost control matters. 6. Monitors and reports information for master plan roll-ups. 7. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. 8. Prepares engineering designs and work specifications. 9. Provide commercial input and technical review of tenders and proposals. 10. Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Requires a bachelor's degree. 2. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 3. Typically requires O to 2 years of related experience. 4. Works independently with general supervision.Note:

1. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis 2. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures 3. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis 4. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/workday 5. Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs on an occasional basis. 6. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/workday. 7.
