Job Description
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Mechanical SME to provide technical leadership across commercial real estate portfolios. You will assess, design, and optimize mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls) to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability in complex facilities. Responsibilities include asset assessments, root-cause analysis, standards development, and guiding capital projects. Partner with property, engineering, and sustainability teams to implement best practices, support commissioning, and ensure compliance. Ideal candidates bring strong client communication skills and experience with large, multi-site environments.
