This position is ideal for a controls professional who enjoys combining system design, DDC programming, BACnet networking, and commissioning support. What You Will Do Design building automation and HVAC controls systems from project plans and specifications. Develop controls submittals, bills of material, programming requirements, and system layouts. Program DDC controllers and BAS systems for new construction and retrofit projects. Develop building automation network architectures using BACnet and other industry-standard protocols. Review project documentation and support project turnover. Generate startup and commissioning documentation for field teams. Provide technical support and occasionally visit project sites for startup and commissioning activities. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of building automation, HVAC controls, application engineering, or related experience. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and BAS/DDC controls. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications. Experience with BAS programming, controls design, or system engineering. Experience with BACnet and Niagara/Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Distech, or similar platforms preferred. Strong technical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Engineering degree or related technical education is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $80K-$125K Base Salary Performance Incentive Opportunities Medical & Dental 401(k) Match PTO Full-Time | Onsite |
