JOB DESCRIPTION

An HVAC Systems Sales Engineer for HTS will do the following:

• Review plans and specifications to determine best HVAC Equipment solutions for a given building, or application.
• Develop proposals & technical submittal data for HVAC equipment & building controls solutions
• Become local market experts for equipment and control solutions manufactured by the companies represented by HTS
• Inform & Educate our customers regarding technological advancements in our industry
• Foster & maintain customer relationships
• Support our projects from beginning to completion in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Learn & utilize the HTS enterprise software we use to operate our businesses.

SUMMARY The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.
