FACILITIES & UTILITIES ENGINEER

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM LG Resources is currently seeking an experienced Facilities & Utilities Engineer to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Payson, Utah. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving facility utility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities:
Support and maintain facility utility systems including HVAC, boilers, steam systems, compressed air, water treatment, and building infrastructure Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot system failures or utility interruptions Coordinate repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects Assist with reliability initiatives and root cause investigations for recurring equipment issues Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Support facility projects, equipment installations, and contractor activities Work closely with maintenance, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams to support plant operations Assist with engineering documentation, SOPs, audits, and operational procedures Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field required Minimum 5 years of facilities engineering or plant utilities experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, compressed air, water systems, and industrial utilities Experience troubleshooting mechanical and facility infrastructure systems Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related environments preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience:
cGMP manufacturing experience Familiarity with OSHA and FDA compliance requirements Experience with preventive maintenance systems and contractor management Knowledge of automation, controls, or facility monitoring systems This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking to join a growing manufacturing environment with long-term career potential. #PRV Pay:
