Use your technical skills across multiple building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Inspect, test, and maintain facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Respond to maintenance requests and resolve facility issues in a timely manner. Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability. Identify potential equipment failures and recommend solutions to improve system performance. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Follow safety procedures, building codes, and company standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements Required:

Experience with maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks in a facility environment. Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred:

Previous experience as a Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Engineer, Facilities Technician, or Maintenance Technician. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and facility operations. Technical training or certifications related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
