This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale facility infrastructure projects while helping optimize manufacturing operations. You'll have ownership of facility improvement projects from concept through implementation and work alongside a collaborative team focused on innovation, reliability, and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and oversee facility improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projectsDevelop layouts and engineering drawings using AutoCADCoordinate with outside architecture and engineering firms on project design and executionPrepare project specifications, bid packages, and construction contractsManage facility upgrades involving building systems, utilities, and manufacturing infrastructureOversee contractors and construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, schedules, and quality standardsInspect construction and installation progress to verify work meets project requirementsSupport maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives for facility equipment and systemsEnsure projects comply with applicable building codes, fire codes, and safety regulationsCollaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve facility performance and reliabilityQualificationsMust have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineMust have experience using AutoCAD for facility layouts and engineering drawingsKnowledge of commercial building systems, construction practices, and applicable building and fire codesExperience supporting facility infrastructure projects within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience with large chilled water systems and commercial HVAC systemsPreferred BackgroundFive or more years of Facilities or Electrical Engineering experienceExperience with Siemens Building Automation or Building Management Systems (BMS)Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
