Salary:
$85,000-$120,000 We're looking for an experienced BIM Detailer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical and plumbing construction projects. If you're passionate about Revit, coordination, and creating fabrication-ready models that drive successful installations, we'd like to hear from you. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, fabrication teams, and field personnel to develop accurate BIM models that improve coordination, reduce clashes, and support efficient project execution. What You'll Do Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical and plumbing systems using Revit Produce fabrication-ready shop drawings, spool sheets, and installation drawings Coordinate models with other trades to identify and resolve clashes before construction Ensure models meet project specifications, constructability requirements, and company standards Incorporate RFIs, ASIs, and design revisions into project models and drawings Support prefabrication efforts with accurate layouts and fabrication documentation Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews Maintain drawing accuracy and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For 3+ years of BIM detailing experience in mechanical or plumbing construction Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit Experience with Navisworks and fabrication software is a plus Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, construction documents, and industry workflows Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach Why Join Us?
