Job Description
Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems including HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests to ensure satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks as needed. Assist with special projects and renovations as directed by management. Requirements Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and general building maintenance practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CMMS software is highly desirable. Valid driver's license may be required.
